Native plant sales are opportunities to learn about new plants and your local habitats and ecosystems. Native plants, those plants indigenous to a specific area, are what create habitats and biomes. If a ecosystem is dominated by non-native plants you have a botanical garden but not a naturally functioning ecosystem. If you want  understand the importance of native plants read my post, Why Native Plants?

Use a search engine to find local places that sell the native plant you want. Type in the “name” of the plant to create a listing or nurseries or seed companies.
