We stood on the ground of the Palace of Versailles and imaged the angry mobs running up the boulevard to capture the King. My friend Peggy and I visited Paris this past June. The opulence of Versailles is breath-taking and sickening. In January, I’ll publish a series of posts about what I learned in Paris.
