This week’s bouquet – Lettuce flowers

Each week I go into my garden and pick a bouquet from whatever is blooming. This week the lettuce plants have gone to seed and exploded with a riot of butter yellow flowers.

I’ll collect the seed to plant more lettuce this year and next.
